Hirschfeld Structural Specialists is a design-build firm,
specializing in providing timely and cost-effective design
and construction of structural frames.

Typically, the structural team is limited to the structural
engineer. We incorporate a team that includes: the
structural engineer, structural concrete supplier,
fabricator, detailer, erector, and key material suppliers to
develop an Integrated Solution. We will provide turnkey
performance from foundations to stairs that will save real
time off your project schedule.

As a team, we utilize the best practices from all parties
that emphasize teamwork, coordination, communication,
and cooperation. We incorporate a logical design principle
that will incorporate the greatest value for the most
favorable total installed cost (TIC). We will coordinate
design to match material availability, while never
compromising structural integrity.
